Do I pay when I book?
No. Booking is free and no card details are taken. We invoice you after the ride is complete.
How is the price worked out?
Many trips between central Boston and Logan run on a flat rate for your vehicle class. Everything else is priced on distance and time for the car you choose. You see the full breakdown before you confirm, and gratuity is included in the quote.
What happens if my flight is late?
We track your flight and move the pickup to the actual landing time. There is no charge for an airline delay, and the first 60 minutes after landing are included.
Where do we meet at Logan?
Inside the baggage claim for your flight, holding a sign with your name. International arrivals are met in the Terminal E arrivals hall after customs. You can choose a curbside pickup instead when you book.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Add the passenger's name and mobile number in the booking form. They receive the chauffeur details, and the confirmation and invoice come to you.
How far do you go?
Pickups are across Greater Boston and New England. Drop-offs can be anywhere in the country, and New York is one of our most common runs.
Do you have child seats?
Yes: Infant, toddler and booster seats, fitted before pickup. Add them in the booking form at $15 each.
How do I change or cancel?
Use Manage booking with your reference and email, reply to your confirmation, or message us on WhatsApp. Cancelling more than 24 hours before pickup is free.
What if I need a ride in the next hour?
Online bookings need 3 hours of notice. For anything sooner, call or WhatsApp us and we will tell you honestly whether we have a car.
Can you take a group of ten?
Our own SUVs seat six each, and we can send several. Sprinter vans, minibuses and coaches come through our partner network, and we plan and invoice the whole job.
Do you charge for waiting?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes after landing, and other pickups include 15 minutes. After that, waiting is $1.25 a minute.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to run and invoice your ride, and nothing else. We do not sell personal information. Our privacy policy has the detail.
