Roadshows

Multi-stop days planned in advance, run by one dispatcher, with cars that wait between meetings.

How we run a roadshow

You send the schedule, we return a plan: which cars, which chauffeurs, where they wait, and how long each leg needs given the time of day. On the day, one dispatcher watches the whole thing and moves the cars as the schedule slips, because it always slips.

What that looks like

  • Cars booked by the hour, so they stay with you between meetings.
  • Chauffeurs briefed on the full day, not just their next stop.
  • Building entrances, loading zones and parking checked in advance.
  • One contact for changes, all day.
  • One invoice at the end, itemised by car and by day.

Several cities

Where the day runs beyond our own area, we coordinate with operators we trust in the next city and keep the same single point of contact for you.

Lead time

Send the schedule as early as you can. Two weeks is comfortable, and we have turned days around in twenty-four hours when the cars were free.
