This policy explains what we collect when you book a ride, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and dropoff addresses, travel dates, flight number where given, and any notes you add to a booking. We also record the consent text you agreed to, along with the time and IP address, because we are required to evidence contact consent.
Why we hold it: to quote, confirm, dispatch and invoice your ride, and to contact you about that ride by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
How long: reservation records are retained for 24 months and then anonymised. Unfinished quote requests are deleted after 90 days.
Who else sees it: our chauffeur for your trip, our payment and messaging providers, and nobody else. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights: Connecticut and other state privacy laws give you the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact dispatch and we will action it.
