Most of our rides start or finish at Logan, and the airport rewards a little planning. It sits across the harbour in East Boston, linked to downtown by the Ted Williams and Sumner tunnels, which is why the same trip to the Financial District can take twelve minutes at 10 pm and forty at 5 pm.
Where your chauffeur meets you
Logan has four terminals: A, B, C and E. Your chauffeur waits inside the baggage claim for your flight with a sign showing your name, then walks you to the car. International arrivals come out of customs into the Terminal E arrivals hall, and that is where we wait. Terminal assignments change from time to time, so check your airline’s terminal before you fly; if you are not sure when you book, choose “Not sure yet” and we will confirm it from your flight number.
Flight tracking and waiting time
Add your flight number and we follow it from take-off. If you land early, your chauffeur is already there; if you are delayed, the pickup moves with you and you are not charged for the delay. The first 60 minutes after landing are included, which covers a normal wait for bags and customs. The chauffeur’s name and mobile number arrive the evening before, so you can message them as soon as you land.
Getting to Logan on time
For departures, tell us your flight time and we suggest a pickup time based on the drive and the check-in buffer. From Back Bay or the Seaport outside rush hour the run is short; from the western suburbs, allow for the Mass Pike and the tunnel. Early morning flights are the easiest: we pick up at 4 am as readily as 4 pm.
Popular Logan runs
- Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the South End, often on a flat rate.
- Cambridge, Kendall Square and Harvard Square.
- Newton, Wellesley and the Route 128 corridor.
- Providence and Worcester, when the flight you want only leaves from Boston.
