On a wedding day the car is part of the day’s rhythm rather than the point of it. It needs to be early, spotless and invisible when it should be, and ready for photographs when it should be. Most importantly, it needs to follow your timeline, because everything else runs on it.
Start with the timeline
Share the schedule when you book, even a rough one: where you are getting ready, the ceremony time, where photos happen, the reception, and whether there is a send-off. We work out drive times and buffers, suggest pickup times, and share the plan with every chauffeur. If you have a planner, we will coordinate with them directly.
A timeline that works
- Arrive early, leave on time. Your chauffeur is at the first pickup fifteen minutes before it is needed, so nobody is waiting on the curb in a dress.
- Allow for photographs. Leaving the ceremony almost always takes longer than planned. Build twenty minutes into the timeline and use them if you need them.
- Keep family moves simple. Parents and grandparents often need a car between the ceremony and the reception. One SUV for the family avoids a car park full of confusion.
- Plan the exit. A car for the couple at the end of the night, with bags already in the trunk, is one of the nicest things to book.
Which cars
The S-Class is the classic choice for the couple: black, quiet and beautiful in photographs. The Escalade and Suburban carry six each, which suits the wedding party, parents or grandparents. For larger groups or guest shuttles between a hotel and the venue, we arrange Sprinters and coaches through our partner network and coordinate them with our own cars.
Booking by the hour
Most weddings are best booked by the hour, so the car stays with you between the ceremony, photos and reception. If you only need one ride, such as the couple’s exit, a one-way booking is fine.
Venues across New England
We drive to churches, hotels, vineyards and barns across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and beyond. Tell us about venue quirks such as a long private drive, a gate code or a separate entrance for the couple, and your chauffeur will have them.
Paying
You see the price before you book. Nothing is charged until after the wedding, when we send one itemised invoice.
