Without a plan

What usually goes wrong.

  • Six different drivers mean six receipts to chase through expenses.
  • A visiting client stands at the curb while nobody answers a phone.
  • Every ride is a card payment somebody has to reconcile later.
  • The one person who knows the schedule is the one person travelling.

All of it comes down to the booking. That is the part we run differently.

What you get on this ride

Everything below is in the price you are quoted, before you book anything.

  • Book for yourself, a colleague or a guest
  • Monthly invoicing on a company account
  • Several bookers on one account
  • One dispatcher who knows your regular travellers
  • Quiet cars with Wi-Fi for calls on the move
  • Confidentiality: we do not discuss who we drive

A fixed price before you book, no card at booking, and free changes within the notice on our cancellation policy page.

About a minute. No card details.

Business travel is judged on whether nothing goes wrong. The car is there, the driver knows where the side entrance is, the client is met at Logan without calling anyone, and the invoice makes sense. Our corporate service is set up for exactly that.

For executives

A quiet car and a chauffeur who knows when not to talk. Wi-Fi and a stable back seat for calls, a trunk for a carry-on and a garment bag, and a driver who plans around the tunnels, the Pike and the building’s loading zone. For days with several meetings, book by the hour and leave your bag in the car.

For visiting clients and speakers

When you book for a guest, add their name and mobile number. They receive the chauffeur’s name, number and plate the evening before, and they are met inside baggage claim with a sign. You receive the confirmation and the invoice, and you can follow the booking with its reference.

Company accounts

A corporate account keeps business travel tidy. Several people can book on one account, rides are invoiced once a month with every trip itemised, and one dispatcher gets to know your regular travellers, their preferences and their assistants. Add a cost centre or project code in the booking notes and it appears against that ride on the invoice.

Discretion

We do not discuss who we drive, where they go or what they say in the car. Chauffeurs dress in business attire and keep conversation to what the passenger wants.

Roadshows and events

Investor roadshows, board meetings and conferences need several stops on a tight schedule, and sometimes several cars. We plan the day in advance, share the schedule with every chauffeur, and keep one dispatcher on it throughout. See our roadshows page for how we run multi-city days.

Where we work

Downtown and the Seaport, Cambridge’s labs and campuses, the office parks along Route 128, and every airport in the region. Drop-offs can be anywhere, including New York for meetings and flights.
