Some days do not fit into a single ride from A to B. A morning of client meetings across Boston and Cambridge, a hospital appointment with an uncertain end time, a property tour in three suburbs, a family visiting for the day: for all of them, a car and a chauffeur who stay with you are easier than booking ride after ride.
How it works
You book a start time, a pickup and a number of hours. The car and chauffeur are yours for that time. Between stops, your chauffeur parks nearby and comes back to the door when you message them. The plan can change on the day: add a stop, stay longer at lunch, skip the second meeting. The car follows you, not a fixed route.
Minimums and mileage
Sedans and SUVs have a minimum booking, usually two hours, and the booking form shows it for each car. Every hour includes a mileage allowance generous enough for city and suburban driving. If you know the day ends somewhere far away, add the final drop-off when you book and we include any extra miles in the quote.
Days that work well by the hour
- Meetings across the city. Back Bay at nine, Kendall Square at eleven, a lunch in the Seaport. Leave your bag in the car and take calls between stops.
- Appointments with unknown end times. Your chauffeur waits nearby rather than you calling for a new ride afterwards.
- House hunting and site visits. Several addresses, no parking, and a quiet car to compare notes in.
- Visiting family and guests. A day around Boston for parents or clients, with the car on hand throughout.
- Evenings with several stops. Dinner, a show and a late drink, without a designated driver.
Running over
If the day runs long, message your chauffeur. When the car is free, they stay and the extra time is added to the invoice at the same hourly rate. If the car is booked after you, we will tell you straight away and arrange a handover.
Which car
The S-Class suits one to three people who want quiet and room to work. For four to six, or for luggage and shopping, choose the Escalade or Suburban. Every booking shows only the cars that fit your group.
Paying
You see the price for your booked hours before you confirm. Extra time, extra miles, parking and tolls appear on the invoice after the ride, itemised, so you know exactly what you paid for.
