Most of our rides begin or end at an airport, and the parts that go wrong at airports are predictable: flights land early or late, bags take time, terminals are confusing, and the car you booked is circling somewhere you are not. Our airport service is built around removing each of those problems.
Six airports for pickups, three more for drop-offs
We pick up at Boston Logan, Providence T.F. Green, Manchester-Boston Regional, Hanscom Field, Worcester Regional and Bradley. We drop off at all of those and at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark when your flight leaves from New York. Choose the airport in the booking form and the terminals for that airport appear, so there is no typing codes into a free-text box.
Where your chauffeur meets you
For arrivals, your chauffeur waits inside the baggage claim for your flight holding a sign with your name, then walks you to the car and handles the bags. International arrivals at Logan come out of customs into the Terminal E arrivals hall, and that is where we wait. If you prefer, you can skip the meet and greet and meet the car at the curb; untick it in the booking form and message your chauffeur when you are ready.
The evening before your ride, your chauffeur’s name, mobile number and plate arrive by email and, if you opted in, on WhatsApp. You can message them the moment you land.
When flights run late, or early
Add your flight number and we track it from take-off. If you land early, your chauffeur is already there. If the flight is delayed, the pickup moves with it and you pay nothing extra for the airline’s delay. After landing, the first 60 minutes are included, which covers a normal wait for bags and customs. After that, waiting is charged at $1.25 a minute, and your chauffeur will message you before it starts.
Leaving for a flight
For departures, tell us the flight time and whether it is international. We suggest a pickup time from the drive and a sensible buffer for check-in and security, and you can adjust it. From central Boston, Logan can be twelve minutes away at night and forty at rush hour, because every route goes through a tunnel. From the western suburbs, the Mass Pike decides your morning. We know which is which and time the pickup accordingly.
Priced before you book
Many trips between central Boston and Logan run on a flat rate for your vehicle class. Everything else is priced on distance and time, with the full breakdown shown before you confirm. Gratuity is included in the quote. Tolls and airport parking are added at cost on the invoice. There is nothing to pay when you book: we invoice you after the ride.
Families, groups and luggage
Tell us how many people and bags are travelling and the booking form only offers cars that fit. The S-Class takes three passengers and three checked bags; the Escalade and Suburban take six of each. Infant seats, toddler seats and boosters are fitted before pickup when you ask for them. For golf bags, skis or a stroller, add a note so we send the right car.
Booking for a guest or an executive
Assistants and hosts book for other people all the time. Add the passenger’s name and mobile number and they receive the chauffeur details directly, while the confirmation and the invoice come to you. For regular travellers, a corporate account adds monthly invoicing and one dispatcher who knows your people.
